Rutini Vin Doux Naturel
露蒂尼天然甜白葡萄酒
This natural sweet wine is harvested from mature grapes and botrytis in the first week of May at peak maturity. As Mendoza is a desert region, it is a great challenge to create the botrytis in natural conditions. In order to overcome this impediment, the vines are strategically sprayed with water, optimally creating the special funguses, which ultimately creates grape dehydration. Once at optimal maturity, the grapes with the botrytis are individually selected from the vine and transported in 20Kg. cases. They are then pressed in a pneumatic press and then fermented and aged in New French Oak Barrels for 15 months.
